Hello my name is Coach DJ. I'm excited to help you reach your goals on and off the field. I develop quarterback's locally and nationally and it's my life purpose. I have years of playing experience in the quarterback position at some of the highest levels of the game. Why not train with the best?
Clients can expect precise, extensive, and strategic work to improve their abilities in any sport they want to be apart of . My goal is to get you comfortable with playing under pressure. I'll use agility training and conditioning frequently ( cones, ladder, throwing targets, resistance bands, etc.). Whichever position you play we will conduct specific position drills and scenarios to improve the position IQ and performance. Each session will be no longer than an hour and a thirty minutes and we will get the best out of each session. I firmly believe that iron sharpens iron.

DJ was ready to work and had a plan prepared for my son after reviewing his film. Was engaged and knew what he wanted to get accomplished. Could see improvement just with the small adjustments he made. Will definitely be scheduling more sessions.
