Leading my team to a 7-4 record (best in team history) and winning the NC Independent League State Championship was the highlight of my Junior year. It was especially meaningful since I had just recovered from an ACL injury from the previous year. This experience taught me how to overcome adversity and to never give up even when a situation is not ideal. I believe that my strongest traits are my willingness to continually learn and improve, my desire to excel, and my ability to bring out the best in myself and my teammates. I would like the opportunity to pursue a college program that best fits my passion for the game, helps develop my football skills, and helps me grow as a leader.
