Intangibles – Coaching – I have been coached by two former Division 1 QB’s for the last 3 years. I’m getting a lot of great coaching to propel me to that next level. These coaches and their staff have been very helpful in allowing me to grow on and off the field. I am like a sponge and I am always listening and observing and more than willing to put in the time on and off the field to get better. My high school coach Tony Davis has also been helpful with teaching me accountability and helping me to understand that what you do off the field helps what you do on the field. Coach Davis expects a lot out of his players in the classroom and on and off the field. Competitiveness – I am a fierce competitor. I hate losing and love winning. I feel if I am fiery and competitive my team will follow my leadership. I am going to do what it takes to win. Mental Toughness – I feel like I am mentally tough as a QB. I accept I am going to make a wrong decision, or throw an interception occasionally, but I am always able to block it out and focus on what my job is and that is being a leader and focusing on my overall responsibilities as a QB. Potential – I feel like I have a lot of untapped potential. I can make almost any throw you ask of me and I can make plays with my feet as well, making me a true dual threat. I feel like I can fit into any system and play at a high level consistently.
