Arnel has good size for a 2029 Dual Threat QB at 5'8" 140 lbs. He sits in the pocket with a tall platform. Good length with a fully extended release, giving his throws added height. Continues to perfect his craft through training as he works to become an elite QB.
ACCURACY:
His throws are on target with his receivers, hitting them in-line whether stationary or on the run.
ARM STRENGTH:
Generates increased momentum upon his release. Creating high velocity throws. Gets the ball to his intended target in a hurry.
:RELEASE:
Arnel has an over the top delivery with a high release point. It comes across at full extension.
THROW ON RUN:
Works to the outside with good mobility. Squares up as he gets locked in with his target prior to set up.
FOOTWORK:
This is an area of continuous improvement. I see Arnel perfecting his skills as a Dual Threat, combining his throwing ability with his running ability. An athletic QB who displays good lateral swing.
POISE:
Settles in while locking down on his target. He’s gaining confidence in his abilities as a QB, trusting in his skills.
POCKET PRESENCE:
An agile QB who works well around the pocket. Good lateral movement.
DECISION MAKING:
He’s very decisive on his delivery. With more game reps, Arnel will continue to add to his game intelligence.

Nice job adjusting the velocity of his throws for a softer toss when needed.
