SIZE:
Brady has excellent size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 6’5” 200 lbs. A tall presence in the pocket, able to see the entire field. Will be able to add more bulk onto his frame without losing much on agility.
ACCURACY:
Brady's very accurate at short/intermediate range. His throws are right on the mark, with good location and timing of his receivers routes. Can be less consistent while on the run.
ARM STRENGTH:
There’s no questioning his strength in arm, as you watch bombs fly around. He can extend the field with his vertical throws or thread the needle within tight coverage.
RELEASE:
Throws with a high release point, an over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion, adding to the acceleration of his delivery. The ball comes off quick, restricting the defense’s reaction time.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who has the ability to keep a play alive while on the run. He can hurt you with either his legs or his arm, very hard to defend.
FOOTWORK:
For a QB of his size, he's quite mobile with quickness and vision. A nice compliment to his passing game. A log stride running QB who can pick up chunks of yardage in a hurry.
POISE:
Shows good awareness of defensive pressure and is not fazed by the noise around him.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very good agility in and around the pocket, able to get away from traffic while seeking out additional space for himself.
DECISION MAKING:
He does a nice job working through his options while surveying the field. Able to make smart decisions while on the run.
TOUCH:
Brady does nice work adjusting the velocity of his throw depending on the passing situation. His deep passes include tight trajectory with just enough air underneath.
