Caleb has good size for a 2028 Pro Style QB at 5’11" 180 lbs. His confidence level is way up there. He can hurt a defense in so many different ways. Understands the game with high IQ. Throws with a high release point and extended arm motion for added lift.
ACCURACY:
He’s right on the money with his throws. It doesn’t matter if they come from the pocket or on the run. Very consistent throwing motion and footwork prior to setup.
ARM STRENGTH:
A strong throwing QB who can make all throws required of him. High velocity throws that get through the secondary in a hurry. Solid vertical passing game, able to extend the field with his arm strength.
THROW ON RUN:
Does a nice job getting to the outside of the pocket as he remains focused downfield for potential targets. Laser like throws made while on the run with strong forward momentum.
FOOTWORK:
He works well around the pocket with good mobility and agility. Not considered a Dual Threat but can take the ball in for short yardage gain.
POISE:
He displays good control of his offensive unit. Confident in his abilities as a QB, not afraid to be aggressive with his throws.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good patience in the backfield, sitting back and wait for the play to develop. Good awareness of the space around him.
DECISION MAKING:
A very intelligent QB who makes the right call based on the defensive scheme. Able to work through his receiver options, processing the information quickly.
TOUCH:
His throws include a soft touch and solid trajectory. Making the right adjustments to his velocity depending on the passing situation.
