SIZE:
Demetrius has good size for a 2031 Dual Threat QB at 5’7" 115 lbs. He’s a quick hitting QB who gets the ball out quickly. Shows good toughness and elusiveness on the run, picking up on 20 yard gains.
ACCURACY:
His throws are made with high percentage results, many of his passes are made at the short and intermediate range. His throws are in-line with his receivers shows good anticipation and range.
ARM STRENGTH:
His throws include high velocity, getting through in a hurry. Able to extend the field with tight trajectory and just enough air underneath.
RELEASE:
Throws with an over the top delivery, including a high release point. Good footwork as he sets up.
THROW ON RUN:
Demetrius displays quickness and speed as he works himself to the outside. Strong forward momentum as he zones in on his target.
FOOTWORK:
Very good agility within the pocket, able to move in all directions while creating additional space for himself.
POISE:
Able to pick up on incoming pressure. Good feel for the space around him. He’s a confident QB who not afraid to take chances.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Demetrius uses the entire backfield as his work area. Can sit in the pocket or take it to the outside, opening up additional passing lanes.
DECISION MAKING:
With most offensive plays including quick hitters, Demetrius does a nice job locating his primary target.
TOUCH:
This will be an area he'll continue to improve on. Working to add a softer release when needed.
