SIZE:
Elijah has good size for a 2026 Dual Threat QB at 5'3" 118 lbs. He's an athletic QB who quite versatile in the backfield. Good agility in and around the pocket seeking out his receivers downfield.
ACCURACY:
Displays good anticipation of his receivers routes. Makes completions with tight ball placement. Very consistent delivery which helps to increase his accuracy.
ARM STRENGTH:
Sharp throws made with high velocity at short and intermediate range. Will be able to add to his vertical passing game with added strength.
RELEASE:
He throws with an over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion. Very good footwork on his drop backs. High release point, adding height to his delivery.
THROW ON RUN:
He works well outside of the pocket, able to seek out potential targets. He does a nice job getting in line with his receivers with good body rotation.
FOOTWORK:
Very good footwork within the pocket. Good balance and stride on his drop backs.
POISE:
Very comfortable as a pocket passer but can also switch it up, serving as a Dual Threat. Strong confidence in his abilities in either role.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Elijah has a good feel for the space around him. Able to pick up on incoming pressure as he works to the outside.
DECISION MAKING:
He’s a quick hitting QB who makes quick reads and delivers with decisive throws.
TOUCH:
Much improved on his touch, adding a softer release when needed, up and over coverage. Tight trajectory at long range.
