SIZE:
Frankie has very good size for a 2023 Pro Style QB at 6’2” 195 lbs. He stands in tall in the pocket, showing good patience and toughness. Attacks the defense with quick hitters made throughout the field.
ACCURACY:
He's an aggressive passer who attacks the defense every chance he gets. Sharp throws made at short and intermediate range, Tight trajectory at longer distances. Very good ball placement.
ARM STRENGTH:
Frankie can fire it into the secondary with high velocity. He throws with a quick release, getting the ball to his receivers in a hurry. Able to thread the needle within zone coverage. He’s got a solid vertical game, able to go long when the opportunity strikes.
RELEASE:
His throws are make with an over the top delivery and full arm extension. Very good footwork prior to set up.
THROW ON RUN:
Frankie’s most comfortable in the pocket but can get to the outside with good mobility. Good job avoiding traffic while moving laterally, maintaining his focus downfield. Good body rotation and strong forward momentum.
FOOTWORK:
Displays a quick first step, able to move in all directions. He’s not considered a Dual Threat but can pick up on short yardage gains. A long stride running QB.
POISE:
Frankie's a very confident QB who’s perfecting his craft one rep at a time. Good awareness of the space around him, demonstrating a calm while under pressure.
POCKET PRESENCE:
This is where he's most comfortable. He sets up in a hurry, while showing good patience as he waits for the play to develop, taking the hit soon after. Good awareness of pressure, using his internal clock to get the ball off on time.
DECISION MAKING:
An intelligent QB who’s able to pick up on his best option receiver. He’s able to work through from his primary target down to his secondary outlets.
TOUCH:
Hard throwing QB at the short and intermediate range while in the pocket. He’s able to work in a soft delivery, getting it in between coverage.
