Jacori has good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 5’10” 175 lbs. Good length with full extension, giving his throws added height. Has the potential on becoming a legit Dual Threat with added development and varsity reps.
ACCURACY:
His throws are on target with his receivers, connecting with then whether stationary in the pocket or on the run.
ARM STRENGTH:
Delivers the ball with tight rotational spin. His throws are in-line with his receivers with good ball location.
:RELEASE:
Jacori continues to work on his throwing mechanics and it shows on film. He has an over the top delivery with a high release point. A consistent delivery with fluid motion.
THROW ON RUN:
He works to the outside with good quickness and speed. Squares up with his intended target while getting locked in prior to set up.
FOOTWORK:
This will be an area of continuous progression. I see Jacori perfecting his skills as a Dual Threat over time, combining his throwing ability with his potential as a true Dual Threat. He’s an athletic QB with good lateral mobility and quickness.
POISE:
Very relaxed in the pocket, able to settle in while locking down on his target. He’s gaining confidence, trusting in his skills.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very agile in and around the pocket. He works well in both directions, showing good lateral swing.
DECISION MAKING:
Jacori plays in 7v7 game situations, which will help his development as a QB, working through his progressions while connecting with his best option receiver. He’s very decisive on his delivery, wasting very little time getting the ball off.
TOUCH:
He does a nice job adjusting the velocity of his throws for a softer release.
