SIZE:
Kennedy has good size for a 2022 Dual Threat QB at 6'1" 190 lbs. He plays well above the level of competition, attacking the defense with throws made of sharp precision. Skiiled at creating open passing lanes with his mobility.
ACCURACY:
Remains consistent with his delivery whether he's in the pocket or on the go. Does a nice job getting redirecting his stance prior to delivery. Good anticpation and timing of his receivers' routes.br>ARM STRENGTH:
This QB can let it rip at anytime, displays high velocity throws throughout the field. Strong throws made in tight windows of space. Able to extend the field with long throws made downfield. Many weapons to his arsenal.
RELEASE:
Kennedy has an over the top release with a fully extended arm motion, gaining added momentum to his delivery. Works well to adjust the angle of his delivery when space is limited and timing is imperative.
THROW ON RUN:
This is where he's most dangerous, on the go. He’s a very athletic QB who can can it in or hit a target while on the fly. A playmaker with the ability to take over a game.
FOOTWORK:
He’s very quick out in the open field with a burst of speed, creating separation. Works the entire field, showing excellent vision while on the run.
POISE:
Kennedy controls the tempo of the game, with the ability to turn it up at any moment. Very confident in his abilities as a Dual Threat.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good sense of the traffic around him, able to clear space for himself. Very comfortable roaming the pocket while waiting for a potential target to appear.
DECISION MAKING:
Works best while on the fly. Can improvise, making sometime happen from nothing. A quick-thinking QB who wastes very little time getting the ball out.
TOUCH:
He’s a reactive QB who shows the ability to get the ball out in a hurry but can work to slow things down to create a softer touch when needed.
