Knox has good size for a 2028 Dual Threat QB at 5'10" 125 lbs. He works the entire backfield as he uses his mobility to gain added space for himself, seeking out big play opportunities. A dual threat who serves as a proven pocket passer and a legit threat while on the go.
ACCURACY:
Sound throwing mechanics which remain consistent regardless of the passing situation. Does a nice job getting his body squared up to his receiver as he works from the outside of the pocket. Good timing and anticipation of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
Able to deliver the ball with strong forward momentum on his short and intermediate routes. Throws made with tight trajectory over coverage.
RELEASE:
Over the top delivery with a fully accelerated arm motion, allowing for the ball to get to his receiver in a hurry.
THROW ON RUN:
Knox is very dangerous to the outside with the ability to pass or run. Squares up with his intended target.
FOOTWORK:
Very moblie QB with good lateral mobility. A playmaker on the field who controls the pace of a game.
POISE:
Strong confidence in his play. Can take over a game with his skills and athleticism. Great job picking up on pressure.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Works well to work within the space around him as he displays good vision downfield.
DECISION MAKING:
Knox displays good judgment, working through his progressions as he seeks out potential targets.
TOUCH:
This is his best attribute. Very impressed in his ability to ease off the ball when a softer release is needed.
