SIZE:
Kyson has very good size for a 2026 Dual Threat QB at 5'9" 213 lbs. He throws with a tall platform in the backfield, able to survey the entire field. A strong running QB with lower body strength who bulldozes himself through would-be tacklers. A runaway freight train.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers which includes tight rotation spin on the ball. Displays awareness of receivers' routes along with good timing and placement.
ARM STRENGTH:
Kyson's a strong throwing QB who can reach all areas of the field. High velocity throws made at the short and intermediate range.
THROW ON RUN:
Most comfortable in the pocket. For a QB of Kyson’s size, he’s quick on his feet, while displaying athleticism.
FOOTWORK:
A north/south runner who never lets up. Very difficult to stop when he's able to build up momentum. Strong running QB, who’s difficult to take down.
POISE:
Displays confidence in his abilities as a QB, leading his team downfield.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Capable of picking up pressure while moving away.
DECISION MAKING:
This will be an area Kyson will be able to work to improve on with more game experience, working through his progressions. Shows good intelligence on the field, able to think quickly while on the go.
TOUCH:
This will be another area he'll be able to improve on. He’s a strong throwing QB who throws with tight trajectory on deep passes. Can work to ease off for a softer toss.
