SIZE:
Deuce has good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 6'2" 175 lbs. He works the entire backfield as he uses his mobility to gain added space for himself. Extremely difficult to contain, his feet are always moving.
ACCURACY:
Does a good job getting his body squared up with his receiver as he works from outside the pocket. Displays good timing and anticipation of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
Strong forward momentum on his short and intermediate routes. Throws made of high velocity. Delivers bombs over coverage with tight trajectory.
RELEASE:
His throws come from over the top with full extension. Very consitent throwing motion adding to his accuracy.
THROW ON RUN:
This is where Deuce can be most dangerous. He’s extremely difficult to contain and can take it in at any time, showing excellent speed and quickness.
FOOTWORK:
This is definitely one of his best attributes as a Dual Threat QB. He’s super athletic who can light it up at any given moment. A playmaker on the field, able to control the pace of a game. Runs track for his school.
POISE:
Deuce can take over a game with his skills and athleticism. Able to pick up defensive pressure as he works his way away from traffic.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Excellent agility and movement in and out of the pocket. Able to work within the space around him as he shows good vision downfield.
DECISION MAKING:
An intelligent QB with good judgment. Working through his progressions as he seeks out potential targets.
TOUCH:
Impressed in his ability to ease off the velocity of his delivery for added touch. Tight trajectory on his deep passes.
