Nazir has good size for a 2026 Dual Threat QB at 5’7” 150 lbs. Displays good agility within the backfield, creating open passing lanes for himself. An elusive runner with twists and spins, difficult to contain.
ACCURACY:
His throws are on target to his receivers, showing good timing and anticipation of their route running. When given enough space and time, his accuracy percentage goes way up.
ARM STRENGTH:
He throws include high velocity at the short and intermediate range but can work to add distance to his game.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery, adding height to his throws with a high release point. Good throwing mechanics. Can work to add consistency on his delivery.
THROW ON RUN:
This is where Nazir works best, on the go. He’s a very capable Dual Threat QB who can making something from nothing. A playmaker on the field. He’s dangerous out in the open field.
FOOTWORK:
Another key attribute to Nazir's game is his ability to work his way through the secondary while on the run. Demonstrates elusiveness out in the open field with good speed and quickness.
POISE:
A versatile player who plays many roles. He'll continue to gain confidence as a QB with more reps at the varsity level.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very comfortable in the backfield, this is where he can get creative. With the ability to throw or run on any given play, that spells bad news for defenses.
DECISION MAKING:
An area of improvement for Nazir as he obtains more game experience. A quick thinker, able to make calls on the fly.
TOUCH:
Displays a soft touch at short and intermediate range. He’ll need to work on creating a tight trajectory while still adding a soft touch on deeper patterns.
