SIZE:
Niko has very good size for a 2025 Dual Threat QB at 6'0" 190 lbs. He’s a quick hitting QB who works out of a shotgun formation, picking up on quick reads. A playmaker on the field who works methodically tearing apart a defense. Shows good speed and quickness on the run, taking on would-be tacklers.
ACCURACY:
His throws are made with high percentage results. Remains consistent at all ranges. His throws are in-line with his receivers with good ball placement. Fluid throwing motion.
ARM STRENGTH:
High velocity throws that get to his receivers in a hurry. Solid vertical passing game with throws made over coverage.
RELEASE:
Throws with an over the top delivery and a high release point. Good footwork as he works into his set up.
THROW ON RUN:
This is an area of strength for Niko. Displays good quickness and speed as he gets himself to the outside. Strong forward momentum on his throws as he zones in on his target.
FOOTWORK:
Very good agility within the pocket, able to move in all directions, while creating additional space for himself.
POISE:
Able to pick up on the defensive pressure. Good feel for the space around him. He’s a confident QB who not afraid to take chances downfield.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Niko uses the entire backfield as his work area. Can sit in the pocket or take it to the outside, opening up additional passing lanes.
DECISION MAKING:
With most of his throws including quick hitters, Niko did a nice job locating his primary targets. With more game experience, he'll continue to enhance his decision making skills.
TOUCH:
Another area a strength, able to add a soft touch when needed. Tight trajectory at longer distances.
