SIZE:
Riley has good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 6’0” 165 lbs. A quick hitting QB, making plays with strikes over the middle. Very good vision downfield as he picks apart the defense.
ACCURACY:
This is an area of strength. Throws made with sharp precision and timing. Able to hit his receivers while in stride with good ball placement. Remains consistent while on the run.
ARM STRENGTH:
Riley shows good velocity on this throws, hitting his targets over the middle and in between zone coverage. He can hit in almost all areas of the field with throws that get to his receivers in a hurry.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery with full extension. Throws that come across quickly with increased momentum. Very good footwork prior to set up.
THROW ON RUN:
Riley's an athletic QB who can get to the outside in a hurry. Very fluid with his movement, allowing for an efficient stride. He’s very effective while in motion, showing good forward momentum on his release.
FOOTWORK:
Displays good agility in and around the pocket. Able to get down the field in a hurry, displaying good speed. Solid footwork prior to set up prior to delivery..
POISE:
Riley remains calm under pressure. Very comfortable in the pocket. Able to work quickly as he leads his team downfield.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Demonstrates good patience while executing plays. He does a nice job picking up defense pressure.Has worked to improve on his progressions with experience at 7v7 play.
TOUCH:
A strong throwing QB who's able to adjust the velocity of his delivery for a softer release.
