Theophilus has very good size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 6’1” 175 lbs. This QB is a hybrid, a pocket passer with the ability to serve as a running QB. Strong throws made at every level.
ACCURACY:
Throws made to in-line with receivers, catchable with tight spirals. He’s deadly over the middle, throwing darts with good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
High velocity throws made into coverage. Solid vertical passing game with long throws downfield.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery that comes across with a full extension. Able to generate momentum through his arm motion, creating greater velocity throws.
THROW ON RUN:
Theophilus is comfortable within the pocket, but can also take it to the outside with good footwork and mobility. His throws are made with precision, able to maintain his accuracy while on the run.
FOOTWORK:
Good agility in and around the pocket. Displays good speed moving laterally as he works to create additional space for himself.
POISE:
This is an area Theophilus is at the top of his game. He shows the maturity needed to lead his team as well and the patience and calm needed to get through difficult situation. He leads by example, showing his teammates his toughness as he overcomes adversity.
