I have been blessed thus far to have been among family, coaches, teammates, and friends who all helped me see that improving as a person is an important goal, but more important than that is serving those around you. I have learned that to be truly successful at most things in life each person must put their own self interest aside and think about the others around them. Because of that, I have tried to dedicate myself to being a person that serves others both on and off the field to the best of my ability. I have done my best to use the gifts that God has given me to their fullest potential and put forth the maximum effort to improve every chance I get. I try to no longer do this as a means to improve only myself but as a way to improve my team and others around me. With encouragement from my parents and extended family I have managed to keep working not only on my athletics but on my academics as well. I am starting to see now why my parents and coaches stressed grades so much in the past. It became clear as soon as I began being asked to enter my GPA on these forms relating to college. It is my sincere hope to find a school that not only allows me to pursue my further education but also allows the continuation of the type of brotherhood I have been blessed with so far in my athletic and academic career.

Ryan has good size for a 2020 Pro Style QB at 6'0" 168 lbs. He’s a quick hitting QB who gets the ball out quickly. He uses the entire field with good vision. He makes play of the field, able to improvise on the go.
His throws are in-line with his receivers, showing good accuracy when able to set up properly. A very mobile QB out in the open field but loses a bit off accuracy while on the run.
Ryan's throws at the short and intermediate range includes high velocity, getting through the secondary in a hurry. Would like to see a tighter trajectory at long range, allowing less air underneath.
Throws with a compact delivery that comes across at a three-quarter extension. Releases the ball with a compact arm motion, able to get across in a hurry. Does a good job adjusting the angle of his delivery when needed.
Ryan displays good quickness and speed as he gets himself to the outside. Strong forward momentum on his throws, as he zones in on his target.
Very good agility within the pocket, able to move in all directions, while creating additional space for himself.
Able to pick up on the defensive pressure. Good feel for the space around him. He’s a confident QB who not afraid to take chances.
He uses the entire backfield as his work area. Can sit in the pocket or take it to the outside, opening up additional passing lanes.
With most of his offensive plays including quick hitters, Ryan does a nice job locating his primary targets. Very aggressive with his throws, making them within tight coverage.
This is an area in which Ryan can work to improve on. Making the proper adjustments to the velocity of his throws, adding a softer touch when needed.
